Viral Cucumber Salad - with Strawberries and Feta

This refreshing cucumber salad combines the sweetness of strawberries with the tanginess of feta cheese, elevated by a hint of chocolate balsamic vinegar. Perfectly mixed with fresh basil and mint, it’s a vibrant, viral dish that’s as delicious as it is Instagram-worthy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Large cucumber
  • 250 g strawberries chopped
  • 1 block of feta
  • 1 tsp Chocolate balsamic vinegar optional for flavour
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar or more as desired
  • Basil chopped
  • Mint chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cucumber and strawberries
  • Place the cucumber and strawberries in a jar or container.
  • Add the chopped mint, basil, and balsamic vinegar (and chocolate balsamic vinegar if using).
  • Close the jar or container and shake well to mix the ingredients.
  • Sprinkle feta cheese over the salad just before serving.

I used this balsamic vinegar 
I used this chocolate balsamic vinegar to add more flavor and because I had it in my cupboard
