Viral Cucumber Salad - with Strawberries and Feta
This refreshing cucumber salad combines the sweetness of strawberries with the tanginess of feta cheese, elevated by a hint of chocolate balsamic vinegar. Perfectly mixed with fresh basil and mint, it’s a vibrant, viral dish that’s as delicious as it is Instagram-worthy.
Ingredients
- 1 Large cucumber
- 250 g strawberries chopped
- 1 block of feta
- 1 tsp Chocolate balsamic vinegar optional for flavour
- 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar or more as desired
- Basil chopped
- Mint chopped
Instructions
- Cut the cucumber and strawberries
- Place the cucumber and strawberries in a jar or container.
- Add the chopped mint, basil, and balsamic vinegar (and chocolate balsamic vinegar if using).
- Close the jar or container and shake well to mix the ingredients.
- Sprinkle feta cheese over the salad just before serving.
