Peppermint crisp ice cream
Indulge in a creamy and decadent treat with this homemade peppermint crisp ice cream. A blend of condensed milk and caramel treat forms a smooth base, enriched with whipped cream for a fluffy texture.
- 1/2 tin condensed milk
- 1/2 tin caramel treat
- 1 packet of Tennis biscuits
- 500 ml cream
- 1 Peppermint crisp chocolate
Mix the condensed milk and caramel treat until smooth
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the condensed milk mixture
Break your tennis biscuits and peppermint chocolate and fold into the mixture
Pour into a freezable tin and cover with clingwrap
Freeze for 3 hours or overnight
Scoop out your ice cream and garnish with more biscuits and chocolate
