Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease a 10-12 cup bundt pan thoroughly with butter or non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, combine Nestlé® Ideal Evaporated Milk, Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk, Nestlé® Whipping Cream, honey, melted butter, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Add the cubed croissants and chopped pecans to the bowl, tossing gently until the bread is evenly coated with the mixture.
Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the liquid.
Spoon the pudding mixture into the prepared bundt pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
While the pudding is baking, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk until smooth. Adjust the consistency with more Nestlé® Ideal Evaporated Milk.
Remove the pudding from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
Carefully invert the bundt pan onto a serving plate to release the bread pudding.
Drizzle the glaze over the warm bread pudding, allowing it to drip down the sides.
