
Pecan Croissant Bundt Pudding

Ingredients
For the croissant pudding
- 4 large croissants
- 1 cup Nestlé® Ideal Evaporated Milk
- 1 cup Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cup Nestlé® Whipping Cream
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
For the glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons Nestlé® Ideal Evaporated Milk
- 1-2 tablespoons Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease a 10-12 cup bundt pan thoroughly with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, combine Nestlé® Ideal Evaporated Milk, Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk, Nestlé® Whipping Cream, honey, melted butter, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Add the cubed croissants and chopped pecans to the bowl, tossing gently until the bread is evenly coated with the mixture.
- Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the liquid.
- Spoon the pudding mixture into the prepared bundt pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
- While the pudding is baking, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk until smooth. Adjust the consistency with more Nestlé® Ideal Evaporated Milk.
- Remove the pudding from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
- Carefully invert the bundt pan onto a serving plate to release the bread pudding.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm bread pudding, allowing it to drip down the sides.
