- 4 slices banana bread thick-cut for best texture
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar until smooth.
Gently dip each slice into the mixture, coating both sides. Avoid soaking too long, as banana bread is delicate.
