Using a paring knife, cut 2 smaller rounds from two of the wraps. Use a cereal bowl as a guide to get an even size.
In a bowl, mix together chopped boerewors, chakalaka, cheese, lettuce, and onion.
Place the filling in the center of each large wrap.
Top with the smaller wrap cutout, then tightly fold the edges of the large wrap over the center, creating pleats.
Flip the wrap over so the pleats face downward and stay sealed. Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.
Place the wrap seam-side down and cook for about 3 minutes per side, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the pan and repeat with the second wrap.
Slice and serve warm!
