Blueberry Pancake

These blueberry pancakes are a delightful breakfast treat that combines the tangy sweetness of fresh blueberries with the rich flavor of a creamy batter.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon
  • salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 + cup fresh blueberries
  • Cream cheese for between pancakes

Instructions
 

  • Mix the dry ingredients
  • Add the wet ingredients and mix well
  • Fold in the blueberries
  • Spoon into a warm pan and flit once ready
  • Take off the heat and enjoy with blueberry jam or honey
