Blueberry Pancake
These blueberry pancakes are a delightful breakfast treat that combines the tangy sweetness of fresh blueberries with the rich flavor of a creamy batter.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- ½ lemon juice
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon
- salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 + cup fresh blueberries
- Cream cheese for between pancakes
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients
- Add the wet ingredients and mix well
- Fold in the blueberries
- Spoon into a warm pan and flit once ready
- Take off the heat and enjoy with blueberry jam or honey
