Charcuterie Candles
Ingredients
- 1 packet of salted crackers like Salticrax
- 100 g salami
- 100 g cheddar cheese cut into thick rectangular blocks (about 2–3 cm tall)
- White pickled onions drained
Instructions
- Arrange the crackers on a serving board.
- Top each cracker with a slice of salami.
- Cut cheddar into thick, rectangular blocks that resemble candle shapes.
- Place a cheddar block upright in the centre of the salami using a toothpick pushed through the top to hold it in place.
- Add a pickled onion on top of each toothpick to resemble a candle flame.
- Chill for a few minutes before serving, or enjoy immediately as a festive snack.
