
Cherry fridge tart
This no-bake Cherry Fridge Tart is the perfect blend of creamy cherry yogurt, ideal milk, and a touch of tropical coconut biscuits. A quick, delightful dessert ideal for any occasion!
Ingredients
- 1 tin Ideal milk cold
- 1 kg Cherry yoghurt
- 80 g Berry jelly
- 250 ml Cold water
- 250 ml Warm water
- 1 ½ packets Coconut biscuits
- Raspberries or cherries for decor
Instructions
- Add the jelly powder to a bowl and dissolve in warm water and then add the cold water. Add to the fridge until it starts to set
- Whip the cold ideal milk until peaks start to form
- Add the jelly and yoghurt and slowly fold into the ideal milk mixture
- Get your trifle bowl ready and start layering like you would in a normal rectangle dish
- Add coconut biscuits on the side if you wish
- Let the tart set in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight
- Decorate with your berry of choice
