Cherry fridge tart
This no-bake Cherry Fridge Tart is the perfect blend of creamy cherry yogurt, ideal milk, and a touch of tropical coconut biscuits. A quick, delightful dessert ideal for any occasion!
- 1 tin Ideal milk cold
- 1 kg Cherry yoghurt
- 80 g Berry jelly
- 250 ml Cold water
- 250 ml Warm water
- 1 ½ packets Coconut biscuits
- Raspberries or cherries for decor
Add the jelly powder to a bowl and dissolve in warm water and then add the cold water. Add to the fridge until it starts to set
Whip the cold ideal milk until peaks start to form
Add the jelly and yoghurt and slowly fold into the ideal milk mixture
Get your trifle bowl ready and start layering like you would in a normal rectangle dish
Add coconut biscuits on the side if you wish
Let the tart set in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight
Decorate with your berry of choice
