Cherry fridge tart

This no-bake Cherry Fridge Tart is the perfect blend of creamy cherry yogurt, ideal milk, and a touch of tropical coconut biscuits. A quick, delightful dessert ideal for any occasion!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tin Ideal milk cold
  • 1 kg Cherry yoghurt
  • 80 g Berry jelly
  • 250 ml Cold water
  • 250 ml Warm water
  • 1 ½ packets Coconut biscuits
  • Raspberries or cherries for decor

Instructions
 

  • Add the jelly powder to a bowl and dissolve in warm water and then add the cold water. Add to the fridge until it starts to set
  • Whip the cold ideal milk until peaks start to form
  • Add the jelly and yoghurt and slowly fold into the ideal milk mixture
  • Get your trifle bowl ready and start layering like you would in a normal rectangle dish
  • Add coconut biscuits on the side if you wish
  • Let the tart set in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight
  • Decorate with your berry of choice
