One Bowl Brownies

Make indulgent, fudgy brownies effortlessly with this one-bowl recipe. Perfectly rich and chocolatey, these brownies are a must-try for dessert lovers.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Brownie premix
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 4 Large eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 160˚C and prepare a 8” square tin
  • Add the butter and sugary premix to a bowl and melt it over a pan of gently simmering water.
  • Remove it from the heat and whisk in the eggs one at a time until smooth.
  • Sift in the flour and fold it through with a spatula.
  • Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 35-40 minutes. A skewer should still be slightly wet when you poke it in. *Baking times may vary
  • Let the brownies cool slightly in the tin then lift them out of the tin and then chill them in the fridge for a few hours. Trim off the edges with a hot knife then serve them at room temperature
