Feta eggs

This flavorful and quick breakfast dish features eggs cooked over a bed of crumbled feta cheese, enhanced with pesto and chili crunch for a delightful twist.
Cook Time 10 minutes
Servings 3 eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 feta “disks”
  • Pesto
  • Chili crunch
  • Chives
  • Chili flakes
  • Coriander
  • 3 Slices of toast

Instructions
 

  • Crumb your feta in a warm pan
  • Add the pesto and chili crunch to where each egg will go
  • Crack your eggs over the feta and cover with a lid to cook over medium heat
  • Once they are ready dish up and sprinkle chives, coriander and chili flakes over for extra flavour
  • Season with salt and pepper
