Feta eggs
This flavorful and quick breakfast dish features eggs cooked over a bed of crumbled feta cheese, enhanced with pesto and chili crunch for a delightful twist.

- 3 eggs
- 3 feta “disks”
- Pesto
- Chili crunch
- Chives
- Chili flakes
- Coriander
- 3 Slices of toast
Crumb your feta in a warm pan
Add the pesto and chili crunch to where each egg will go
Crack your eggs over the feta and cover with a lid to cook over medium heat
Once they are ready dish up and sprinkle chives, coriander and chili flakes over for extra flavour
Season with salt and pepper
