Rose Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 1 –2 tbsp rose syrup adjust to taste
  • Double shot of espresso
  • 200 ml milk dairy or plant-based
  • Optional: a pinch of beetroot powder for color
  • Dried rose petals for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add rose syrup to your serving glass.
  • Pour in a fresh double shot of espresso.
  • Heat and froth your milk, adding a tiny bit of rose syrup or beetroot powder for that gentle blush pink hue. *See notes
  • Gently pour the steamed milk over the espresso and rose syrup.
  • Garnish with dried rose petals. Sip and enjoy the calm

Notes

If you don’t have a steamer here’s what you can do:
  • Heat milk gently until warm but not boiling
  • Use a hand frother or electric whisk.
  • Shake warm milk in a tightly sealed jar for 30 seconds.
  • Blend it for a few seconds until frothy.
