Peppermint Hot Chocolate
A refreshing twist on classic hot chocolate with a hint of mint, topped with marshmallows. Perfect for festive or cozy winter moments.

milk

cocoa powder

–2 tbsp sugar

tsp
cornflour
optional
¼
–½ tsp mint syrup
or to taste
Pinch
of salt
To serve:
Marshmallow
Matcha powder
for dusting
Optional: mint sprigs
Instructions
In a saucepan, whisk cocoa powder, sugar and cornflour with a little milk until smooth.
Add remaining milk and heat gently, stirring, until hot and slightly thickened.
Stir in mint syrup and a pinch of salt.
Pour into a mug, top with a marshmallow and lightly dust with matcha powder.
Notes
Use 50g chocolate instead of cocoa for a richer hot chocolate
