- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon caramel treat for the milk
- 1 teaspoon peppermint syrup to taste
- ¼ cup whipped cream for topping
- 1 Peppermint Crisp bar crumbled, for garnish
- 2 tablespoons caramel treat to smear inside the cup
Smear caramel treat inside your mug to create a sweet, caramel base.
