- 2 cups self-raising flour more if needed
- 1 ¼ cup plain yogurt
- Small tomatoes
- Salami
- Mozzarella
- Cheddar
- Onions
- Tomato paste
- Parsley
Mix the flour and yogurt until well combined. Knead for about 8 minutes and then roll into a circle.
Cut out a heart shape. The pizza can also be made round.
Place your pan on a hot plate, then lower the heat and add the pizza base to the pan. Put the lid on and wait a few minutes until the bottom turns brown. It is important to keep the heat low, as the bottom can burn before the dough is cooked.
Flip the pizza over and turn off the heat. It's important to work quickly here.
Spread the tomato paste on the base and add the toppings.
Finish with the cheese.
Put the lid back on and slightly open the gas. Wait patiently until the cheese has melted.
