Sticky Orange Chicken Kebabs

These Chicken Kebabs was developed for a campaign I did to showcase how the new Clover Double Cream Plain Yoghurt can be used in the kitchen. It was absolutely delicious! A blend of sticky and creamy goodness

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken breasts cubed

Orange sauce

  • 1 large orange – zest
  • 1 large oranges – juice
  • 1 tsp. crushes garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder more if you want spicier
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Clover double cream plain yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup couscous
  • Warm water
  • Spices of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a mixing bowl and add the cubed chicken. Mix well
  • Let the chicken marinate for a few hours
  • Skewer onto a skewer, about 5 pieces.
  • Braai over a fire or cook in the oven for 10-20 minutes. Add extra sauce to ensure they don’t dry out
  • Grill in a pan for extra flavor or serve as.
  • Serve with rice or couscous
  • Once it’s ready, plate and add your chicken
