
Sticky Orange Chicken Kebabs
These Chicken Kebabs was developed for a campaign I did to showcase how the new Clover Double Cream Plain Yoghurt can be used in the kitchen. It was absolutely delicious! A blend of sticky and creamy goodness
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breasts cubed
Orange sauce
- 1 large orange – zest
- 1 large oranges – juice
- 1 tsp. crushes garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp chili powder more if you want spicier
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Clover double cream plain yoghurt
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup couscous
- Warm water
- Spices of your choice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a mixing bowl and add the cubed chicken. Mix well
- Let the chicken marinate for a few hours
- Skewer onto a skewer, about 5 pieces.
- Braai over a fire or cook in the oven for 10-20 minutes. Add extra sauce to ensure they don’t dry out
- Grill in a pan for extra flavor or serve as.
- Serve with rice or couscous
- Once it’s ready, plate and add your chicken
