
Spiced Truffles
These no-bake Spiced Truffles are made with crushed coconut cookies, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, mixed spice, and condensed milk. Soft, aromatic, and incredibly easy to prepare, they make the perfect Christmas treat, edible gift, or quick dessert for entertaining. Roll in cocoa or coconut for a simple but festive finish.
Ingredients
- 250 g coconut cookies crushed
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp mixed spice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed cookies, coconut, cocoa powder, mixed spice, and condensed milk. Mix well until fully combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- If the mixture is too soft to roll, chill it in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
- Once firm, roll the balls in additional cocoa powder or desiccated coconut, if desired.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
