Parmesan Green Beans with Onions

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g green beans
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • ¼ cup parmesan
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Boil or steam the green beans until cooked.
  • While you wait for the green beans to cook, heat oil in a pan and add the onions and garlic. Sauté until translucent or cook until browned. Set aside.
  • Add the cooked green beans to the same pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the green beans on a plate, add the onions on top and garnish with parmesan cheese. You can also mix the onions with the green seeds and just garnish with the parmesan.
