
Parmesan Green Beans with Onions
Ingredients
- 250 g green beans
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- ¼ cup parmesan
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 Onion sliced
- Oil
Instructions
- Boil or steam the green beans until cooked.
- While you wait for the green beans to cook, heat oil in a pan and add the onions and garlic. Sauté until translucent or cook until browned. Set aside.
- Add the cooked green beans to the same pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the green beans on a plate, add the onions on top and garnish with parmesan cheese. You can also mix the onions with the green seeds and just garnish with the parmesan.
