Ingredients
  

Muffins:

  • 220 g flour
  • 60 g cocoa powder
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons coffee
  • 160 g milk chocolate coarsely chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 110 g plain yogurt
  • 80 g sour cream can be replaced with plain yogurt
  • ½ cup neutral oil
  • ½ cup milk

Ganache:

  • 150 g dark chocolate coarsely chopped
  • 100 g cream

Decoration:

  • 80 g dark and milk chocolate coarsely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C and prepare a large muffin pan.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients together and set aside.
  • Whisk all your wet ingredients together until well combined.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Fold the milk chocolate into the mixture.
  • Fill your muffin pan and decorate with the remaining chocolate. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Note: If you insert a knife to test, melted chocolate may come out, so be cautious!
  • Once the muffins are baked, use the back of a wooden spoon to make small holes in the center of each muffin.
  • Heat the cream and mix in the chopped dark chocolate until smooth. Fill the muffins with the ganache.
  • Serve with a nice cup of coffee.
