Ingredients
  

  • ¼ teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 60 ml gin
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 60 ml simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder with hot water until no clumps remain.
  • Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, matcha, and egg white to a shaker. Close and dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 1 minute until frothy.
  • Next, add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and shake out the frothy egg white.
  • Dust with matcha powder and enjoy!
