Ingredients
- 100 g dried cranberries

- 50 g sugar adjust to taste
- 1 tbsp orange juice optional for extra flavor
- Zest of ½ orange optional
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the dried cranberries and water (or apple juice). Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes to rehydrate.
- Add the sugar and bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Stir occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
- Lower the heat and let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cranberries are plump and soft, and the sauce has thickened.
- Stir in the orange juice and zest for extra flavor. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
