Coconut Mango Lassi Slush

This Coconut Mango Lassi Slush blends frozen mango, creamy coconut milk, and a touch of cardamom for a tropical drink with Indian flair. Great for summer brunches, smoothie bowls, or sipping by the pool.

Ingredients
  

  • cups frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or Plain yogurt
  • ½ cup coconut milk plus extra to loosen, if needed
  • ½ tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and slushy. Add a splash more coconut milk if too thick.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or cardamom as preferred.
  • Pour into chilled glasses or jars.
  • Sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes.
  • Add a fresh mint sprig for a burst of green.
