
Chocolate crookie - Le Crookie
This is a simplified version of the viral crookie found at a bakery in Paris. I used store bought ingredients to make it easier for those that do not have time to whip everything up from scratch
Ingredients
- 4 plain croissants
- Store bought cookie dough I used the ones from Woolworths
- Chuckles chocolate slab chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180℃, line a baking tray with parchment and set aside
- Slice/split croissants in half
- Stuff croissants with chocolate and add the cookie dough on top of the croissants
- Transfer the croissants to the baking tray
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookie dough is just set.
- Remove from the oven, dust with powdered sugar if you like and serve them warm.

- You can make your own cookie dough as well
