Berry Basil Sparkle
This Berry Basil Sparkle is a simple, refreshing drink that combines ripe berries, fragrant basil, and fizzy sparkle for a gorgeous summer mocktail. Great for entertaining, brunches, or garden parties, especially when served with edible flower ice cubes.
Ingredients
- 4 strawberries muddled
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 3–4 basil leaves
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
- 300 ml sparkling water or lemonade
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a jug or shaker, muddle strawberries, blueberries, basil leaves, and sweetener (if using).
- Add a handful of ice.
- Top with sparkling water or lemonade and stir gently.
- Pour into clear glasses.
- Garnish with a basil leaf and an edible flower ice cube.
