Ingredients
  

  • 1 Packet flapjack premix
  • Nuts
  • 1 Lime zest
  • 1/4 cup Amarula
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • Optional: Crispy bacon

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the premix as instructed on the packet
  • Fold in lime zest
  • Heat a non-stick pan and grease well
  • Add 1/4 cup of batter and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then carefully flip them over using a spatula.
  • Cook until the other side is golden brown and cooked through.
  • Mix the honey and Amarula well
  • Serve the warm flapjacks with delicious Amarula honey sauce and nuts or crispy bacon
