
Coconut Mango Lassi Slush
This Coconut Mango Lassi Slush blends frozen mango, creamy coconut milk, and a touch of cardamom for a tropical drink with Indian flair. Great for summer brunches, smoothie bowls, or sipping by the pool.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or Plain yogurt
- ½ cup coconut milk plus extra to loosen, if needed
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp honey optional
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and slushy. Add a splash more coconut milk if too thick.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or cardamom as preferred.
- Pour into chilled glasses or jars.
- Sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes.
- Add a fresh mint sprig for a burst of green.
