
Matcha Gin Sour
This Matcha Gin Sour balances earthy matcha, botanical gin, and zesty lemon in a silky cocktail with a gorgeous foam top. Elegant and unique – perfect for craft cocktail lovers.
Ingredients
- ¼ teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 60 ml gin
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 60 ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder with hot water until no clumps remain.
- Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, matcha, and egg white to a shaker. Close and dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 1 minute until frothy.
- Next, add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and shake out the frothy egg white.
- Dust with matcha powder and enjoy!
