Charcuterie Chips

Course Appetizer, Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag of chips any of your choice
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • ¼ cup cheddar grated
  • ½ cup biltong/rugby mix

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 180˚C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Lay out your chips on the baking sheet
  • Add the biltong/rugby mix and cover with your cheese
  • Bake for 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted
  • Remove from the oven and enjoy
