
Charcuterie Chips
Ingredients
- 1 bag of chips any of your choice
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
- ¼ cup cheddar grated
- ½ cup biltong/rugby mix
Instructions
- Heat oven to 180˚C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Lay out your chips on the baking sheet
- Add the biltong/rugby mix and cover with your cheese
- Bake for 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted
- Remove from the oven and enjoy
