Ingredients
For the chicken in bacon:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 250 g bacon
- Salt and pepper
- Stuffing of your choice
Stuffing idea:
- 1 container cream cheese 175 g
- ½ c cheese grated
- ¼ t garlic
- 700 g small potatoes cut in half

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C and prepare a pan.
- Cut a slit lengthwise halfway down each chicken breast; do not cut all the way through.
- Mix the cream cheese, cheese and garlic together in a mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the stuffing to each chicken breast.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken and wrap the chicken breast with 2 strips of bacon. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared pan with the potatoes surrounding the chicken. Season the potatoes to taste.
- Place in the oven and bake for ± 40 minutes or until the bacon is brown.
- Serve with side dishes of your choice.
